Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: At this time, the only free shipping I offer is for orders over $100. While I would love to be able to offer free shipping on all orders, it's just not possible right now because of cost. Hopefully one day when things start to take off.

Q: There are cheaper shipping options, why do you not offer that?

A: Because my main shipping provider is USPS, and anyone that has used them knows just how unreliable they can sometimes be. The only way I can guarantee my products arrive at your doorstep safely is by adding tracking information so both you and I know where your package is.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At this time, no. I want to be able to expand to my international audiences, but I have no reasonable way at the moment. I just can not justify charging someone $20 for something that weighs less than 1lb. I am looking into options, trust me.
Pre-orders

Q: How soon will pre-order items ship?

A: Pre-order items are items I have ordered that have finished production or being shipped to be. Depending on what that item is, it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Q: What happens if the pre-order item arrives and isn't what you expected?

A: I make sure the manufacturers send a prototype or a proof for me to approve before mass production. When I approve the item, it gets sent to production and after this stage, it's out of my hands until it arrives on my doorstep to inspect. Should something not be right and the items are unsellable, any of those items that were pre-ordered will be immediately refunded.

Q: How will I be notified of the status of pre-ordered items?

A: I am currently putting together an emailed newsletter with all sorts of neat information about artwork I'm working on, new products added to the store, along with any other additional information that I think should be included. Until them, feel free to email me asking for a status update.
